Finger Food Catering

Bite sized pieces of food perfect for weddings, corporate events and private parties. Cocktail style functions allow for a social atmosphere whereby guests can mingle whilst enjoying a wide variety of foods. 10 menu choices are recommended as a meal replacement. If combined with fork food or substantial food items 7 or 8 selections will be sufficient.

We offer an array of finger food dessert options which are a fantastic and delicious way to finish the meal. Formal Dining

Choose from a 2 . 3 or 4 course meal. Restaurant quality in your own private home or as a formal menu style for your wedding day. For weddings it is common for a selection of 3 canapes followed by a sit down main meal and dessert.
Is all about taking your time and enjoying the flow of the event. It allows a sociable and relaxed formal yet
stylish way to enjoy your special occasion whilst spoiling your guests.

Table Tapas

Table tapas is all about sharing food amoungst the people at your table. It provides a sociable way to enjoy a variety of foods at any wedding or corporate event. The menu is custom designed to suite the style of your function. This style of menu allows for some of the food to rove the room as guests arrive (like finger food) and the remaining selections to be served as table tapas (at the table combining to create a main meal)

Enjoy a Spanish paella cooked in front of your guests at your private home or venue. A great alternative to traditional buffets, the paella offers a new experience as the aromas of cooking fill the room as the chefs carefully prepare the dish in large paella pans, Spanish style.

Fresh ingredients, chorizo and seafood, this option provides a delicious alternative whereby your guests can watch the meal evolve in what could be the largest paella pan you have ever seen. For a themed occasion, Sangria and tapas can also be provided.

Paella is a rice based dish that consists of onion, garlic, capsicum, saffron, paprika, tomatoes, chilli, chicken stock, seasoning, rice, chicken, chorizo, bacon, prawns and mussels.

An alternative is an all seafood paella with the addition of squid and pieces of fish.

A vegetarian option is also available.


Should you wish to create a themed event or expand on the Spanish food experience, we can cater to your needs by offering a selection of tapas on guest arrival.

Sangria, a traditional Spanish cocktail can also be provided as part of your beverage package upon request.


High Tea

For something a little different our High Tea menus are a great option for mid morning or early afternoon events, hens parties, christenings, family get-togethers and corporate entertaining. A menu can be custom designed to deliver the experience perfect for your occasion. We pride ourselves on fresh, tasty food prepared with love and presented to impress.

A High Tea consists of a selection of sandwiches, chocolates and delicate cakes served w tea and sparking wine
